    Practice Manager

The Practice Manager is responsible for the overall day to day running of the practice, ensuring patients receive safe, efficient and high quality care. The practice manager works behind the scenes managing staff, systems, finances and services while supporting the clinical team to deliver high standards of patient care. The practice manager is driven to deliver on patient experience, accessibility and quality of service.

Shauna is motivated to develop the practice and welcomes feedback to help improve services for patients.

Practice Admin

The practice admin team is often the first point of contact for patients, they provide a friendly, professional service, while assisting patients with appointments, queries, prescription requests and test results.

The practice team are all trained in care navigation, which is ensuring you are directed to the right clinician or service.

The medical receptionists are overseen and supported by the practice supervisors.

Confidentiality

As part of the employment contract our staff are bound by a confidentiality agreement and any patient information given will be held in strict confidence. You can request to speak privately to one of the Team at reception if you wish to do so.

Notice:

The practice nurse will be responsible for a number of clinical areas such as: Health promotion, Chronic disease management, Health prevention, Well women and Well man clinics. Along with supporting the management team in the reviewing of clinical policy and procedure.
