Please contact the surgery at your earliest convenience if you wish to cancel an appointment.

If you are unable to attend an appointment please let us know in plenty of time to assign your appointment time to another patient.

Registered for online services?

If you are registered for online services then you cancel the appointment and re-book all at the same time. Simply log in to the online portal and visit the appointments section.

Urgent cases will always be seen on the same day.

Infectious Disease

If you have a suspected infectious disease, please inform reception if you suspect an infectious disease, as this will enable us to deal with it appropriately during your visit to protect you, other patients and staff.
